Man is a social animal.He can not stay alone in this Universe.
Loneliness has been narrated as an unwelcome feeling of loss of socialisation and companionship which can impact anyone at any age. It has become a growing issue for older people. There are many health risks with chronic loneliness, including an increased risk of mental health issues and heart disease. why people become isolated or feel lonely can vary from person to person depending upon the circumstance and the environment. Factors such as a lack of public transport and lack of accessibility within the community can stop someone from going out into the community.
Having someone trustworthy also allows people to have honest conversations about how they’re feeling. Whether it’s emotion, mental health or illness, having someone there to talk to can stop people feeling alone.
The importance of good company in life is best realized when we are having fun. Laughter is the most natural way to bond with people we don't know. A great sense of humour, and doing happy things together are the characteristic of any strong friendship.
At this stage of loneliness we all look for a good company with whom we can share our feelings be it good or bad. It is not important to be in the company of good people so much as to be not in the company of bad people. If the former is not available then we are better off alone. Better to make no friends rather than making bad ones.
Having a companion in life, whether they are a relative, friend or carer, helps keep the mind active and prevent social isolation. Someone there to engage in conversation with, even if it's for a few moments, encourages mental stimulation and positive thoughts, as well as reminisce memories. Strong feeling of companionship with someone we trust and can make all the difference to our life together. It means we have someone with whom we can share everything whether good or bad. Someone to celebrate your achievements with and support you when things aren't going so well.
what ever stage we are in we all look out for a company or a companion.
In childhood we look out for someone for support and assistance and guidance.
In the teenage we look out for a good companion for guidance and support and encouragement.
In the Adult we look forward for a companions for sharing good and bad moments of life . Seek solutions to overcome the problems of life and family.
In old-age we look back for attention, care and love from the family ,friends and loved ones.We look for a companion with whom we can share our feelings of happiness and sorrow.
we are human beings we can not stay in isolation. Company and companion are the basic necessities of life.And a good companion is the oxygen to human beings life.
If we look around us in nature.we find ans see the importance of company and companion. Look at the birds flying in the sky.the animals roaming around in the forest.and the fishes moving around in water. All enjoy the company of their companions.Do does human beings also feel the need and importance of good companion in their lives.
